We will then issue a booking confirmation and provide you with a supply of invitations.

Please phone or email us no less than 48 hours before your party to confirm the exact numbers of children attending. We regret it may not be possible to change numbers any less than 48 hours before the party.

On the day:

Please come to the farm about ten minutes before the start of your party and pay the outstanding balance. We will run through arrangements for your party. Your guest will be directed to where they should go as they arrive at the farm.

We’re happy if adults wish to accompany their children to the party and will make no additional charge for this, providing the adults do not significantly outnumber the children.

You may bring your own birthday cake (remember to bring serviettes), but we insist that we supply all other food, other than by arrangement for special dietary requirements. Children will need to arrive in clothes that can get dirty and old trainers or wellies. We have a small stock of spare wellies.
