The main room has a sitting room end with a lovely glass fronted, wood burning stove. We burn logs from the farm, which visitors may help themselves to at a cost of £5 per bag.

There is a TV with DVD player and music system. The central light fitting can use either electric lights or candles.

We have a stock of books, games, jigsaws and DVDs to borrow for your stay.

The kitchen is a pale yellow shaker style with integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a free standing washing machine.

There is a pine table and chairs and plenty of Denby crockery and crystal glasses (plus glass tumblers).

The range cooker has a six plate hob and double electric oven.

The garden is block paved and fully accessible to wheel chair users. It is fenced and secure for children to play with a terraced lawn area and views up to Peel Hill. Climb the hill for amazing views of the west of the Isle of Man.

There are garden chairs and table and a barbeque to borrow in the summer. The garden is very near the communal playground.
